The decoration at Parque Raquel was simply charming. The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully decorated with lovely furniture and vibrant colors, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. As a senior woman, I also greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate and ensuring my comfort during my stay.

If I could make one suggestion for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were friendly, I would have liked to see more staff members dedicated to helping guests, especially older guests like myself.

our recent stay in puerto rico was absolutely incredible. parque raquel surpassed our expectations in every way. the location was superb, with easy access to the shopping center and the beach. as seniors with mobility issues, the pool level apartment was a blessing, and the minimal steps to ground level made exploring the hilly area hassle-free. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

it's very close to puerto rico beach. 10 minutes walk and you can enjoy your meal at den bette kro. comfortable beds.

Just a short walk to the shopping center and the beach. It was super convenient being able to have everything within easy reach. Plus, the apartment we stayed in had a perfect view from the terrace. We loved spending our evenings there, enjoying the breeze and the view of the surroundings. And the best part was that there were no steep steps to climb, making it easy for us with mobility issues.
